Delivery
We ship via USPS and rates are calculated at checkout. All orders are sent from Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and take approximately 4-9 business days for delivery. Please add 7 business days for your order containing any personalized items. Please contact customer care for expedited delivery if needed.

Payment
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. All credit card transactions are processed using our secure server. We take every measure to protect your privacy and security. Florida residents will be charged a 6% sales tax.

Returns
Although we believe that you will be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make at RuffleButts, we will happily accept items for return or exchange. Orders may be exchanged or returned within 15 days of receipt. All items must be in new, unused and unwashed condition. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable and customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please contact returns@rufflebutts.com or call 954-760-4065 prior to mailing any items for exchange or return. If your items were damaged during shipping, please contact returns@rufflebutts.com immediately upon receipt.

 

Private Trunk Shows
This is a fun way to get together with friends and family to preview the debut line of RuffleButts! As a thank you, we offer a discount up to 40% to the hostess and free shipping to all attendees on their same-day RuffleButts purchase.

A RuffleButts representative will visit your trunk show to present our brand new line of fun and frilly clothing for infants and toddlers. You will receive a personal showing of our new line, and your representative will be there to assist in your shopping experience, offering information and advice for personal or gift purchases.
