We are constantly adding products and our What's New pages are always the best way to see what we've just released! Our line covers little ones from NewBorn to age 8 from head to toe. Be sure to come back frequently as we're always updating the site with new PreOrder and immediate shipments products

NEWS ITEMS: They're Here!! See all of the fun, frilly, & frenetically selling new items. Simply click the What's New link to see all of our new styles and use our BULK ORDERING section to easily add them to your cart.

Wholesale Embroidery Program: We've seen numerous retailers succeeding with our embroidered bloomers. From 'Beach Bum', to 'Aloha', to 'Daddy's Princess', we can put anything you think your customers will 'eat up' on the back of our Red, White, Pink, or Fuchsia Woven Bloomers.

On Sale Items: We allow our wholesale customers to save in our On Sale section as well! Just visit the On Sale category and your wholesale discount will be applied to the sale price!

Boy's Items: Don't forget about RuggedButts!! Our boy's apparel line has been extremely well received, and like it's frilly sister RuffleButts, has little ones covered from head to toe!

How Do I Order?:

We've tried to make it as easy as possible for you and therefore have 3 ways to order RuffleButts Apparel!

  1. Online Item by Item: Simply browse around our website, adding items to your cart. View our Online Ordering FAQ for detailed instructions.

  2. Online Bulk Ordering (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED): Visit our Bulk Ordering Page and quickly and easily add numerous items to your cart. Use the Navigation Table at the top of the page to switch to another category. View our Online Ordering FAQ for detailed instructions.

  3. Offline Manual Order Form: Simply download a copy of our PDF Order Form and Credit Card Authorization Form, print / complete them and fax back to us at (502) 357-8113.

Delivery:
We pride ourselves on carrying immediates and currently have the vast majority of our products in stock and ready to ship. Orders typically ship 2-4 business days following receipt of your order. If there are any backordered items, in stock items ship immediately, with backordered pieces shipping with no extra charge as soon as we receive them.

We ship the majority of orders via either FedEx Ground (domestic) or USPS Express Mail (international) utilizing package tracking and Signature Confirmation (upon request). You will automatically be sent an email when your order ships containing the tracking #, as well as a link to track your package online. Signature Confirmation does require you to be present in order to sign for delivery of your goods. Expedited shipping is available, though contact us for an accurate timeline and pricing.

Website orders are assumed to be for immediate delivery, though we will call to confirm this order and discuss shipping timing during that call.

Minimums:
We require a minimum order of $350 in the US and $750 outside the US and 6 pieces/style/color. The minimum is the combined total of Ruffle AND RuggedButts items in the order. This is for the benefit of our customers as much as it is for us, as this is the best way to share the RuffleButts products with your customers. It's been proven that larger orders create larger displays, command more of your customer's attention, and almost always results in higher sales for you! In rare and unique circumstances we have been able to offer some flexibility and work with our retailers on lower minimums. ReOrders within 60 days are only required to meet a $150 minimum domestically and $350 internationally.

Payment:
RuffleButts requires all of its orders to be paid in full at the time of shipment, as we currently do not offer terms to any of our customers. We currently accept payment via:

  • Offline Payment: Our Credit Card Authorization Form can be downloaded, completed and faxed to us at (502) 357-8113, though if you prefer, please feel free to contact us and we'll accept this information by phone. We do not physically save any credit card numbers in the office, though we do have the ability through our credit card processing company, Authorize.net, to re-bill cards within a 90 day timeframe.
  • Online: During our secure checkout process you'll be prompted to either enter your credit card information or pay via PayPal.
RuffleButts promises to do all that it can to send your shipment out as quickly as possible. The single biggest delay in shipping times that we've seen is for lack of prompt payment. Your help in providing us with accurate, valid, and timely payment helps your order ship faster, and provides us more time to focus on creating more fun & frilly products for you to sell (& profit from!).

Limited Editions:
We offer numerous styles and colors (ie. White, Pink, Fuchsia, Red, & Swiss Dot to name a few) for reorder year-round as a convenience to our customers. We also come out with new limited edition solid colors each season to keep things interesting! We will sell these limited editions and accept reorders as long as they are still available and in-stock. This also goes for our limited edition prints offered each season. If you have any questions about a limited edition print, please feel free to email us prior to placing your order to check availability. We currently have limited availability for reorders on prior season's limited edition colors and prints for immediate shipment as well.
 
Code of Conduct:
We here at RuffleButts are willing to do anything we can to help you succeed in business, and we fully expect the same in return. We will continue to do everything possible to uphold and build upon the fun & frilly brand we've created and will not allow any of our wholesale / retail vendors to undermine the solid foundation we've built. To protect you, as well as us, we do not allow any of our vendors to advertise goods for less than our MAP (short-term promotions are allowed), only allow sale of our goods in a retailer's own brick & mortar store or personally owned/run website, we do not allow sales of new products on Ebay, Etsy, Amazon, (or similar sites), do not allow online advertising of our products via Google Adwords, Bing, Google PLA, Comparison Shopping Engines, or other similar sites, do not allow the re-selling of our goods to non-end-user consumers, do not allow PreOrders or sales on Facebook (or other similar sites), and do not allow any other activity that would be detrimental to our brand. If you see or hear of any such activity, please contact us immediately and we'll investigate ASAP. We reserve the right to deny or revoke wholesale rights to any source found going against this code of conduct.
Sales Tools
As stated earlier, we consider you part of our RuffleButts Family of Retailers and we therefore want to partner with you to help you sell our products. To this end, we've created several marketing pieces to make sure your customers are aware that you carry RuffleButts/RuggedButts!

  • - RuggedButts/RuffleButts branded Pens
  • - Acrylic Counter Stand with an announcement to your customers about your new RuffleButts Retailer status (5"x7")

RuffleButts Website Listing
We list all of our RuffleButts Retailers on our Stores Page. Hundreds of website visitors on our site each month visit this page to see if they can go purchase RuffleButts products in person, which is usually their preference!
International Retailers
We truly value our retailers located all around the world! There are a few points that we need to mention here - you are responsible for all customs & duties. We will work with you on any special requests to make this process as simple as possible, but you are responsible for researching and covering these costs. We ship the majority of our international orders via USPS to keep your costs as low as possible. Orders placed through our website will be charged a shipping and handling deposit ONLY at time of checkout, with the S&H balance being calculated (based on package weight / distance) and charged immediately prior to leaving our offices. If you have any special shipping requests, please let us know.
