A form will be provided that must be included in the package of the return. If the form is not included, it will be sent back to the original sender.
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs to the address below.
Please be sure to select an insured shipping service, and keep your tracking number until confirmation of receipt is received via email as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Once your return is received and processed an email will be sent to confirm your refund status.
