We want to make it easy!
We've done everything possible (well everything we thought of at least!) to make it as easy as possible to shop with us online. Each page is equipped with a search bar (see top right corner), navigation bar (look left!), as well as our main category bar (look up!) in order for you to easily find what you'd like. Simply browse around, add something(s) to your cart and checkout. We've also included a handy Size Chart button on each products page that will give you more information for the fit of each item. What shipping and delivery methods do you use?
We ship orders via the US Postal Service, FedEx or DHL with rates for each of the services calculated at checkout by weight. All orders are sent from Flower Mound, TX. An email will be sent to you when your shipment leaves our offices, inclusive of a link with tracking information.

    Promotions that reduce order subtotals under our $59.00 Free Shipping threshold may not be eligible for Free domestic shipping. In order to qualify for free shipping the order must have an after discount subtotal of $59.00 excluding taxes.
  • What is Same Day Shipping?

    Orders placed before 2pm EST, Monday - Friday (excluding Holidays), will usually ship the same day (please add 3-6 business days for your order if it contains any personalized items). Occasionally, during large promotional events, there may be an additional delay of 2-3 business days. In order to qualify for free shipping the order must have an after discount subtotal of $59.00. Taxes are not included in that subtotal.
  • International Duties and Taxes:

    Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. The carriers will charge the recipient (including gift recipients) all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. Duties and taxes are assessed by the local government based on the destination. For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the carrier that delivers your package.
  • International Shipping Times:

    Packages shipped using USPS International First Class Mail can take anywhere between 5 and 18 business days, and sometimes longer.
  • International Tracking numbers

    Tracking is not available with International Standard service. USPS provides a package ID # that can be used to see when the package left the US, but unfortunately isn't required to be scanned while the package is in transit.

What is your sales tax policy?
Our home office is in Flower Mound, TX and we are required to collect sales tax of 8.25% for all orders shipped within Texas. Wholesale stores are required to submit a valid, state-issued Resale Tax Permit and Exemption Certificate in order to not be charged state sales tax. Please consult your local laws if you're unsure if you owe taxes on your purchase if we do not collect it at checkout.
Depending upon our state-by-state nexus, RuffleButts may or may not collect sales tax. Sales taxes (if any) will be calculated during checkout and are determined based upon the address where your item(s) are shipping TO.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?
As part of the checkout process any order requires entering a valid email address. We send an order confirmation email immediately following verification of valid payment for your order. As soon as your order ships, another email will be sent inclusive of package tracking information for your item(s).

What is your return and exchange procedure?
We know that it can sometimes be tough purchasing things sight unseen, so we want to make it super easy for you. Buy it, like it, hooray! Buy it and it doesn't work? No problem. Our products come with our 100% happiness promise, and we mean it! If it doesn't fit, isn't the right color, is not the print that you expected, whatever the reason, just send it back for an exchange or refund.
STEP ONE: Is my item eligible for return/exchange?
We are happy to take back unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached for a refund or exchange within 90 days of the original purchase date. Sets with multiple pieces cannot be broken up and must be returned with all pieces of the set. Personalized items and grab bags are not eligible for return or exchange.
STEP TWO: What information do I need to include with my item?
No fancy forms needed - please simply include a note inside your return package with your order number and let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange! For exchanges, please make sure to clearly state exactly what you would like us to send back out to you.
STEP THREE: How do I send my item back?
We do ask that you cover the postage to send the items back to us through the carrier of your choice. Please use this address to send items back:

We recommend selecting an insured mail service, as well as keeping record of your return tracking number, as we are not responsible for items that we do not receive. Packages must be prepaid by you; COD deliveries will not be accepted. We cannot refund original or return shipping fees.
STEP FOUR: How will I know my return/exchange has been processed?
We strive to process all incoming returns/ exchanges within 1-2 business days of receipt, and refunds are typically processed within an additional 1-3 business days. You will then receive an email confirmation as soon as your request has been processed. If we have any questions regarding your request, your item is unavailable, or there is a balance due, we will contact you via email. By default, we will email confirmation to the original purchaser - if you are returning/exchanging a gift and do not want the original purchaser notified, please state this in the note included in your package.
For items purchased on sale, the original price paid will be honored if simply exchanging for a different size. If a different pattern/style is selected, there may be a difference in price. If there is a price difference between the items you return and the items that you request, we will reach out to you via email regarding the balance due/owed.
Without proof of purchase, we are still happy to process a size exchange if the item is still available on our site. Items must be unworn, unwashed, non-personalized, and tags still attached. Please include your contact information and shipping address on a note in the return package along with the size that you need. If you would prefer to return the item for store credit, we can issue a credit for the lowest recent sale price.

What payment types to you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal. All credit card transactions are processed using a secure, offsite payment server, taking every measure to protect your privacy and security. What happens if there's an error at checkout?
Please make sure the billing address entered on our site matches exactly to the billing address on your credit card statement. If the addresses differ, your order may not be successfully processed. If your order still runs into an error during checkout, please consider using a PayPal account to complete your transaction. Also, please note that for each denied attempt to purchase on our site, you may see a corresponding pending transaction on your online bank statement. These pending transactions, however, do not affect your account balance and will be dropped within a few business days. If you are unsure your payment went through, please contact us for billing assistance.

What does it mean if something is on backorder?
There are a handful of times where you'll see items on BackOrder. These are typically new styles that have not yet arrived, or temporary out of stock situations. Orders placed that include a BackOrdered item that is within 5 business days of arrival, your shipment will be held until we receive the item and your order will be shipped in full. If the BackOrdered item is expected to arrive greater than 5 business days from your order date, the BackOrdered item will ship separately as soon as we receive it, at NO additional charge to you!

Do you make custom color combinations to order?
While we try to make every effort possible to make our customers happy, and love all the color suggestions that you have given us over the years, we are currently unable to make custom color combinations to order. If you have a specific color that you would like to see, please post a comment on our Facebook Page, where our design team checks often to see what our customers are looking for. We cannot do this with out all of your wonderful suggestions, so just because you don't see your perfect color combination now, does not mean we are unwilling to make it eventually.

What is your Outlet Disclaimer?
We are very excited to pass along this incredible discount, but to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to be sure we are very clear on our definition of OUTLET.

These items are considered damaged or defective. Reason include: broken threads, unraveling embroidery, small stains, missing stitches, tiny holes, incorrect sizing, snags, etc. The dye lot and fabric may also vary from our current productions. The garment is still super cute and wearable, but will have something that classifies it as 'damaged' at our high quality standards. These items are all FINAL SALE and available while supplies last.
